Saw Harry Chapin in Grand Rapids in January of '81.
After the show, I shook his hand and got an autographed copy of his illustrated book of poetry and song lyrics, "Looking, Seeing" I think it was.
I've tried to listen to his records over the past few years, but my head must be in a different place. With the exception of a song or two, there just isn't any real connection any more.
