Came out of a store today to find this on my car.

Monday we broke this gift out.

Need I write more?

Sunday the boy sported his new Hulk shirt.

You won't like him when he's angry.

A mountain of gifts, and a dancing Incredible Hulk that does the (wait for it) Hulk-e-Pokey.

Thanks to an uncle who is very good at the skeeball, my boy got a mountain of tickets. Thanks to an ice cream cake, he had a messy face.

Not much going on the last few days outside of work, which sucked.

So the pictures from Thursday through Saturday will all be from Saturday. A wonderful party. Guess where?

This is so cool. Not only is our little guy crawling now like a champion, but he can pull himself up to his own two little feet using a mommy or daddy for support.

Tuesday Night Bath. The boy eats fish after a good cleaning.

This is how I define a shitty week at work. This stupid sale at our biggest local account will have everybody working twelve to fifteen hour days every day this week.

Screw the consumer! I need to hit the gym!

Okay, this is cheating a bit, as it was also taken on Saturday at the Whiffleball Classic.

My big boy during his first trampoline experience. He did very good.

Action scenes from the 2nd Annual Dobbins/Dover Whiffleball Classic which took place Saturday. That is a regulation whiffleball field.

Double elimination. My team was out after two games.

A historical moment in the Blogosphere.

Barefoot Adult (right) and Parenthetical (left) enjoy a conversation one fine Friday evening.

Perhaps discussing total domination of the internet universe?

Originally, this was Jude sleeping on a Daddy bed.

But looking at it now, it looks like a scene from the latest Law & Order.

This started out as a cute photo of our favorite cat licking her belly in a pose we dubbed "Fat Man Eating a Cheeseburger Off His Stomach" years ago. But she's fast, and by the time I snapped it, it turned into "Cat Licking Her Paw", which isn't nearly as funny, or good.

Sorry.

Tuesday was a great day to have this bad boy. Over eighty degrees and very humid.

Thank you, Grandma.

Our little guy has graduated to the highchair, and the banana puffs, and the cool Tourist shirt.
He's also graduated to multiple bruises on one tiny head.

My new shoes.
Ever since I became a home owner, I've assumed a role my father held during my life of being on a quest to find the cheapest shoes that wouldn't fall apart in two weeks. My Dad was proud that he never spent more than thirty bucks on shoes.
Now, with the miracle of Wal-Mart, I've topped him. Topped him so well that it'll never be beat. My boys will try forever and never do better.
See, I bought these shoes for ten bucks. That's right. Ten bucks. I know, I know, you might say they'll fall apart quickly. But my last Wal-Mart shoes, fifteen bucks, lasted well over a year. They are the cheapest shoes ever, but they do the job.

A beautiful sunset Saturday night. A loverly shade of pink.

My wife's world famous angel food cake. It is her favorite, but only with the Cool-Whip in place of frosting. Good stuff.

I'm always amazed at how babies can fall asleep just about anywhere.

An absolutely gorgeous Wednesday. Blue skies, no clouds, and warm but not hot weather. Just about the perfect summer day.

So this city worker comes up to the house Tuesday and asks me to move my car. They were going to pave our street. This was good news, because the road needs it.

After a day of work, this is all they had done. To one strip of road. Hopefully that's not all they plan to do.

Camera ran out of batteries, so let's play catch-up.

Monday I finally got back to the gym. Also took the time to work out a work-out schedule for every week. Right here in this notebook is the key to my losing weight and pumping up the muscles.

Putting my boy to work. Half the time he was busy trimming the bushes, the other half he was Obi-Wan Kenobi (or as he calls him "Okey Dokey One").

A great helper.

My beautiful baby boy wearing one of my all-time favorite outfits. It belonged to my first born, who looked cute in it, and now it's his.

A future American soccer star?

This boy won't be seeing any fireworks this year. Falling asleep at 8 pm on the way home from Michigan. His baby brother was asleep too, but right behind my seat so I couldn't get the inaction shot.

I enjoy this photo. It's a room in my mother's house. When they were building it in 1999, my mother declared this my room, even though I told her many times I was not moving with them. So now it's the spare room that my boys sleep in when they stay the night.

This is no bad photography here. Those are some dark and stormy clouds up in the skies above our humble abode. And just one hour before I took this photo, we went swimming in the pool for the first time this year.

Tuesday our DirecTV Plus receiver broke. Had to get a new one. We're back up and running with TV and a DVR.
