Happy 29th birthday! (Everyone is 29 to me, regardless of what their birth certificate says.)
Did they throw in any chili for that free hot dog? Or was that extra. I think a hot dog is naked without the chili.
The only thing I like on my dogs is mustard.
Chili would probably be extra.

We have a hot dog place locally where the cook will line the buns and dogs up her arm. They say you haven't live unless you get the armpit one.....
