My new shoes.
Ever since I became a home owner, I've assumed a role my father held during my life of being on a quest to find the cheapest shoes that wouldn't fall apart in two weeks. My Dad was proud that he never spent more than thirty bucks on shoes.
Now, with the miracle of Wal-Mart, I've topped him. Topped him so well that it'll never be beat. My boys will try forever and never do better.
See, I bought these shoes for ten bucks. That's right. Ten bucks. I know, I know, you might say they'll fall apart quickly. But my last Wal-Mart shoes, fifteen bucks, lasted well over a year. They are the cheapest shoes ever, but they do the job.
